Skinningrove's Community Garden funded by Big Lottery Awards For All, is available for local people to grow fruit, vegetables and bedding plants.
Facilities in the Garden include:
2 Polytunnels
8 Raised Beds, with Disabled Access
Fruit Trees
Pergola Seating Area
Picnic Seating Area
Community Garden Shed
We aim to also use the garden for launch events, community bar-b-q's and to grow bedding plants to plant around the village. In the future we would like to use any homegrown vegetables and fruit in our planned Healthy Cooking / Eating courses. As we rent out our community room for private parties, conferences and other events we would be happy for the garden to be used as the community room leads directly into the garden.
