Whitecliffe Primary School was established in September 1985 when the schools of Carlin How and Skinningrove were merged. Initially the school operated on two sites but the school in Carlin How was extended, Skinningrove children and staff moved to the Carlin How site and Whitecliffe Primary school as we know it today, was born.

Since then we have become a friendly close knit family where everyone knows everyone else.
